At The Red Cow Hotel, we’ve got the perfect space to host your guests for your special occasions.

We’re more than equipped to service groups of any size or any occasions. Miletones, anniversaries, engagements or even wedding receptions – there’s something for everyone at The Red Cow Hotel.

Due to COVID restrictions functions over 30 people will only be available at the following times:

– Monday to Sunday | 11am-4pm

– Sunday to Wednesday | 4pm-11pm

This private room is located on the heritage side of our venue. Lined with historic imagery this room really does reflect our deep community roots.

A modern open space with great natural lighting. Whether you are wanting a sit down carvery buffet or cocktail party with a karaoke jukebox, your milestone will be well catered to.

FREE ROOM HIRE CONDITIONS

Free room hire is based on a 5 hour period and is dependant upon the following;

DEPOSITS

In order to secure your booking a $200 deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received and you have returned a signed copy of the acceptance of the terms and conditions. All deposits are non-refundable.

PAYMENT & FINAL NUMBERS

Final numbers & full payment of your function must be made 14 days prior to your event. Payment methods include amex, visa, mastercard, cash or bank transfer.

Credit card details are required in the case of property damage, theft or additional expenses that occur on the night. You will be notified prior to any expenses being charged to your credit card.

Credit card details will be destroyed upon successful completion of your function

MINORS

Please let your event organiser know if any minors will be present at your function as strict regulations are in place for any person under 18.

DECORATIONS

Please feel free to put decorations up for your function. Limitations do apply to avoid any damage to the function room. Feel free to discuss options with your event manager.

FINAL NUMBERS

Final numbers to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Confirmed numbers to be paid for in full.

INTOXICATION & OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR

The venue has a strict policy on intoxication and offensive behaviour. Any person deemed to be intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner will be asked to leave the premises. Please work with us in preventing this from happening.

SECURITY CHARGES

Any birthday parties up to the age of 21 will incur a fixed compulsory security fee of $250.

DAMAGES

You will be responsible for any damages caused by your guests.

HOUSE POLICY

We support Responsible Service of Alcohol. Red Cow staff will not serve intoxicated people or allow patrons to become intoxicated on the premises.

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We deem a responsible adult to be a parent or guardian over the age of 25.

We do not allow anti-social or quarrelsome behaviour in the venue.

All persons who enter the venue are subject to dress code standards which apply from 7:00 PM Thursday through Saturday.

Anyone suspected of pre-fuelling/ drinking before entering the venue may be refused entry and or
asked to leave.

Management and security reserve the right to shut down any function at any point as a necessary
precaution protect the venue, it’s staff and other patrons within the venue from harm.

21ST BIRTHDAY FUNCTIONS

Any 21st birthday functions must be booked and fully confirmed a minimum of 6 weeks prior to
function date.

A minimum of $250 security fee is to be paid in advance.

There is a minimum spend of $1000 on food catering that is to be paid two weeks in advance.

Anyone attending a 21st birthday function must abide by our house policy and strict Responsible
Service of Alcohol legislation.

Any form of Anti-Social behaviour will not be accepted.

Management has the right to shut down any event when in breach of behaviour Terms & Conditions or
lack of compliance. There is a non – refundable policy.

All shots and doubles will cease at 10:00 PM. It is at managements discretion to stop shots and doubles
any earlier.

Any evidence of ‘pre-fuelling’ will be refused entry and or asked to leave.

Hosts may be requested to pay for any damages caused because of their guests

Any entertainment must be approved by management before being allowed on site.

All minors must be of the premises by 11:00pm
